Les Coteaux Cabernet Sauvignon

Unashamedly Cabernet Sauvignon!  Mint, dried peaches and herb aromas are prevalent on the nose.  The firm tannin structure on the palate surrounds a vibrant cherry and red fruit structure.  More dried peaches on the palate.  A wine that will certainly benefit from some ageing.
